But when I am at 80 percent of training and knowing that I
have done the best things in my training that is what uplifts my mind,”
explained Kipchoge.
The 39-year-old added that a positive mindset is the most
crucial ingredient for the success of any sports person.
“Mindset is what makes me work hard even when I really don’t
feel like pushing harder.
But because I feel that I need to move and I trust and I
have known that pain up there is where success is, that is why I am still
pushing,” he noted.
