After securing their fourth successive Serie A title by earning a 1-0 win at Sampdoria on Saturday, Juventus now host a Champions League semi-final first leg tie against reigning champions Real Madrid.
Juventus remain on course to complete a silverware treble this season having already won the domestic league and qualified for the Coppa Italia final. Attention now switches to the Champions League in which they have yet to be beaten on home soil during the current campaign.
With Juve scoring in every competitive home match during 2015, there will be hope among their fans of a first leg victory. Carlos Tevez has been particularly impressive on home soil this year with his brace last weekend in the 3-2 victory against Fiorentina adding to the seven occasions in which he has opened the scoring in home games from January onwards. The Argentinian striker can be backed to be the first goalscorer again and to net in a Juventus victory.
Meanwhile, Arturo Vidal netted the winning goal at Sampdoria and is available to net his third goal since the beginning of April, with Alvaro Morata priced to be the last goalscorer for the fourth time this year.
Real Madrid will arrive in Turin having conceded just one goal on their travels during the current Champions League tournament and they can be backed at 2.34 to win this leg without conceding. The reigning champions should also be in confident mood with eight victories earned from their nine previous competitive matches since the onset of April, with a 0-0 draw at Atletico Madrid accounting for the other game.
There will also be hope among their supporters that Real Madrid can maintain their recent level of goal scoring form, with ten goals netted in the latest three fixtures. Cristiano Ronaldo netted all three goals in the 3-2 weekend victory against Sevilla and is expected to be the first goalscorer tonight for the fifth time in the current tournament.
Gareth Bale may also feature at some stage in this game after returning from injury as quoted on the Welsh international claiming his third Champions League goal of the campaign, with James Rodriguez is also likely to to net in an away win after scoring in three of the five latest victories for Real.
Although both teams are capable of scoring goals, no more than three have been netted in any Champions League away leg involving Real Madrid this season and only one Juventus home game has featured more than three goals..
