Sony Sugar is looking for several new players to sign ahead of a new season.
The Millers were ranked ninth in the Sportpesa Premier League at the end of the 2016 run and coach Salim Babu is looking for reinforcements in key areas of weakness identified during the season.
“I am currently doing a review of the 2016 season, but will definitely signed 5-6 players when the window opens,” said Babu.
“We need some reinforcement in defense and striking and this will be the areas of focus in the reicruitment.”
Sony’s mission at the start of the season was a top half finish but after a slow start that culminated in the sacking of former coach Leonard Odipo, the team found itself languishing in the relegation region.
The elevation of Babu came with good tidings as he managed to get the team back to winning ways, and they narrowly missed on a top eight slot.
